Design System Strategy
A design system strategy does not define how things look, but why the system exists and what it is meant to achieve. It sets purpose, scope, ambition, and the system’s role within product, brand, and technology. Without this foundation, a design system becomes just a collection of components without direction.
This module aligns target users, product landscape, technical platforms, and organizational reality into a coherent strategy. The result is a system that knows what it is responsible for, what it intentionally leaves out, and how it is meant to evolve—treated as a real product with goals, priorities, and ownership.
